- Some times it will be necessary to order spare parts from a particular
manufacturer. This however will increase the waiting period for your
watch to be finished. Since the Swiss watch industry does not support
servicing American watchmakers it is even more difficult to get genuine
spare parts in a timely fashion. Having been in this industry for close
to two decades I certainly know what obstacles we confront. Never the
less CompuWatch has excellent links to the factories in Switzerland
direct and can get spare parts from the continent. In our estimation
process this extra waiting times are considered
